My cousin David and I came to know each other best as young adults. We often met at Gatwick Airport, where David would smooth the way for my parents (his Uncle Bob and Aunt Audrey) and other Sear family members setting out for Singapore or Australia. David and I shared a sense of humour, a delight in foreign travels, and in recounting family news. I will miss him greatly. Tim Sear
